THOUGHTS

Before taking an action, it is not harmful to live in the mind the other alternative too.  Since this other alternative is lived only in the mind, any benefits or dangers can only be felt in the mind, which we in the first place used as a screen.  This method of living in the mind helps to make that right choice.  It is not harmful to live a good thought as well as a bad one in the mind.  However good or bad it may be, it is clearly a better method than living it hastily for real as we many times do. 

A thought in the mind should not be allowed to play a leading role in the life.  The self should intelligently be ahead of the thought.  The living in the mind is a clear method for this.  It also gives us a mental stability, as it is an exercise in itself like any other physical exercises.  Concentration into different subjects increases without the fear of disturbances from other thoughts, as now we know that these disturbing thoughts can be lived in the mind when we are freer.  This is better than being afraid of these thoughts seeing them as some alien disturbances. 

The above seems to be a clear method to make one brilliant day by day.

THIS SELF-ACCEPTANCE, SELF-LOVE AND SELF-LIKING ARE THE ONLY WAYS TO PEACE, HAPPINESS AND NERVOUS STABILITY.  THEY ALONE LEAD TO PSYCHIC INDEPENDENCE.
